Thank you for shopping with us! Each product is made-to-order, which means we do not keep items in stock. Because of this, our return and refund policy works a little differently than traditional retail. Please read carefully before placing your order.

✅ What We Cover

We want you to love your order! If there’s a problem, we’ve got you covered in the following cases:

• Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
  If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will happily send you a free replacement or a full refund.

• Lost packages
  If your package never arrives, please contact us. We’ll work with you to find a solution.

❌ What We Cannot Accept

Because our products are custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in these situations:

• Wrong size, color, or style ordered

• Buyer’s remorse (changing your mind after purchase)

• Minor size differences (less than 1 inch)

• Poor-quality images or designs provided during ordering

📷 How to Request a Replacement or Refund

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

2. Provide a clear photo (or video for multiple items) showing the issue.

3. Once approved, we’ll send a free replacement.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot refund or replace items lost due to incorrect addresses.

• We do not do refunds because our items are made-to-order.
